The Workbasket’s MEMORY KEEPER is a combination of both the Album Amicorum and the postal art of France.
Our “album” or box is an actual linen envelope with an address–“To a Friend’s House”. There is also a return address where you can
put your own initials. (Substitute your initials for the CS in the upper left cartouche.) You can customize your envelope
by changing the stamp or weathervane to reflect some of your favorite motives. Use the heart on the back envelope
to add your initials–one on each side of the heart or add initials to each side to celebrate a marriage. The envelope is decorated
with other sayings about friendship. Because the finished envelope is 12 inches by 12 inches, you can store many special
gifts and cards given to you by friends. Use this as an heirloom in which to keep those treasured remembrances.
